  The Department for Fruit and Vegetable Processing

Graduated at Faculty of Chemical Technology at 1997 in Split.
Since 1998 she works at the Institute as a young researcher at the project 'Food and beverage production potentials on the croatian Mediterranean', theme 'Sustainable food production in croatian Mediterranean'.
In the same year she started postgraduated study at the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology (University of Zagreb). Her scientific interest focuses olive oil, instrumental methods of oil analyses, quality control and organoleptic oil valuation.
In November 1998 she participated as croatian representative at 79. IOOC Session in Florence (Italy).
In April 1999 she attended International course of olive oil quality improvement in Sousse (Tunis).
In October same year she participated at International training course for supervisors of virgin olive oil tasting panels in Lecce (Italy). She obtained a scholarship of Italian government for school year 1999/2000 and in September she was in Pescara in Istituto Sperimentale per Elaiotecnica for a month at the professional education in the field of instrumental olive oil analyses.
In October 2000 she participated at XII. International course of olive oil quality improvement in Izola (Slovenija).
